Article 1 - Welcome to HeyyoMe

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HeyyoMe website (heyyo.me), applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by HeyyoMe. By using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Services are strictly reserved for users aged 18 or over. Users under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering or using any aspect of the platform. HeyyoMe provides features allowing content creators to offer their content (including adult content, where permitted) and collaborate with individuals or businesses.

Article 2 - Definitions

HeyyoMe: The operator and service provider of the heyyo.me platform.
Services: All features, tools, pages, applications, content, and functionalities offered by HeyyoMe.
User: Any individual or legal entity using the Services.
Creator: A User offering original content for sale, subscription, or interaction.
Buyer: A User acquiring content or services from Creators.
Content: All material uploaded or shared via the platform, including text, audio, video, and Adult Content.
Adult Content: Content of a sexually explicit nature intended for adults only, compliant with UK laws.
Wallet: The internal digital account used for storing and managing earnings and payments.
Premium Profile: A subscription-based profile offering extended features.

Article 3 - Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using HeyyoMe, you agree to these Terms in full. If you act on behalf of a company or third party, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Failure to comply with any part of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access without prior notice.

Article 4 - Description of Services

HeyyoMe is a content monetization and networking platform designed for creators to:

Build professional profiles;
Sell or license content;
Receive direct contracts or proposals from brands;
Receive earnings via a secure Wallet system;
Offer exclusive content through Premium Profiles and subscriptions;
Track income and referral commissions.

The platform acts as a facilitator but is not a party to transactions between Creators and Buyers.

Article 5 - Account Registration and Eligibility

To use the Services, Users must:

Be 18 years or older;
Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration;
Safeguard their login credentials;
Accept full responsibility for activities under their account.

HeyyoMe reserves the right to verify user identity and age. Accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of eligibility requirements may be deleted without refund.

Article 6 - User Conduct and Content Policies

Users agree to use the Services respectfully, lawfully, and responsibly. You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
Post or share abusive, illegal, defamatory, or infringing content;
Exploit minors or share any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
Distribute malware or attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the system;
Bypass payment systems to avoid platform fees;
Engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, or blackmail;
Sell stolen content or material you do not own or have rights to distribute.

Violations will result in account suspension, legal action, and potential reporting to authorities.

Article 7 - Rules for Adult Content

Adult Content must adhere to strict policies:

All performers must be 18+ and verified;
Creators must clearly mark Adult Content as 18+ and consent to all platform rules;
Proof of age and signed consent forms must be retained by Creators and presented if requested;
HeyyoMe may restrict visibility or remove content deemed non-compliant or inappropriate.

We operate under a zero-tolerance policy toward non-consensual or exploitative material.

Article 8 - Intellectual Property

Platform Assets: All logos, interfaces, designs, and proprietary code are property of HeyyoMe and protected by UK intellectual property laws.
User Content: You retain ownership of the content you create and post. By uploading it, you grant HeyyoMe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the scope of the Services.

Creators must respect third-party rights and Buyers must follow license conditions agreed during content purchase.

Article 9 - Wallet, Transactions and Fees

Payments: All payments are handled via HeyyoMe’s Wallet system or secure third-party processors.
Fees: Platform service fees will be clearly indicated. Fees may apply on transactions, subscriptions, or withdrawals.
Payouts: Creators can withdraw funds subject to minimum thresholds and identity verification. Withdrawal times may vary.

HeyyoMe is not responsible for any taxes or declarations — users must comply with applicable tax laws.

Article 10 - Premium Profiles and Subscriptions

Premium Profiles provide exclusive features and tools for a fee. Subscriptions are auto-renewed unless cancelled in your settings. Refunds are not granted for unused time unless required by law.

Article 11 - Referral Program

Users may earn commissions by referring new users. Referral earnings are subject to terms, including:

Referral must be genuine and not from duplicate or self-created accounts;
HeyyoMe may withhold or revoke referral rewards for fraud or abuse.

Article 12 - Limitation of Liability

HeyyoMe provides services "as is" and makes no guarantees of availability, performance, or revenue. We are not liable for losses, damages, or interruptions, except in cases of gross negligence or as mandated by law.

Article 13 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeyyoMe, its staff, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from your content, actions, or breach of these Terms.

Article 14 - Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of our terms, illegal conduct, or harm to the community. Terminated users may lose access to content, funds, or services without refund.
